Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Zenlaptop offers a simple return process. Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, email support@zenlaptop.com or call our helpline. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
